So, yesterday I was reading an 8-bit megaman comic.

And I was like, I never made comics with 8-bit sprites... why not give it a whirl?

And 8-bit's not really something you overdo with Photoshop... so I made this only in Paint.

...

Yeah. Does it look OK?

It looks pretty good, it brings back plenty of good memories.

You did a great job, 'mate.

I don't like 8-bit that much, but if the coloring is good, then I'm happy.

If done right, I don't think photoshop is needed for any comic really, 8-Bit or not.

You mam, did it right.

To be honest, it's not that great.
Panel 1, 3, and 6 are fine.
I felt a lot of the transparent lines were very unnecessary. In panel 2, it serves no purpose, in panel 4, not only are they not particularly well placed, but for a second I thought he was throwing a fireball himself. The fuck is a FFWWWOOOOOSSSHH!
I feel that in panel 5, a lined sprite to show him maybe sliding would have worked better. Overall, it's not bad, though.

Fwosh is the sound fire makes when thrown at 8-bit characters.

scratch actually gives honest critcism

most people just asslick shard

and panel 5 looks terribly out of place, it doesnt really look like hes falling but rather that his spirit is leaving his body or something

same with the transparent lines, most of it was pretty unnecessary and it didnt really make it more 8-bit, since those are never there.

it was pretty good, but I reckon 8-bit spriting is for people who are too lazy to work with anything higher
